You're feeling overwhelmed—and your nervous system is taking the hit.

The constant stress, anxiety, and emotional overload you’ve been carrying isn't just in your head—it's in your body.

With everything going on in the world, it can feel like true relief is out of reach.

Maybe you’re dealing with chronic tension, disrupted sleep, relationship struggles, or even physical symptoms tied to PTSD, anxiety, or mood disorders.

But there’s a way through.

With therapy that focuses on nervous system regulation and trauma-informed care, you can start to feel grounded, safe, and in control again. You deserve support that helps you reconnect with calm, build resilience, and create lasting change from the inside out.

The top reasons people come to therapy:

  • When life keeps constantly throwing curve balls, it can make everything feel tremendously overwhelming. Having evidenced-based tools to support you to recognize not just what you are actually in control of, but what it feels like in your body can provide a huge sense of relief,

  • Being in a state of dysregulation severely affects how we communicate with others. And when you are going through it, the last thing you want to deal with is being misunderstood, or not feeling heard at all. Learning concrete tools to regulate and communicate are key.

  • When your parasympathetic nervous system is close to shutting down, you may become tense, impacting your body and your relationships at home, work, or school. By learning to manage your nervous system and recognizing the signs of the fight response, you can develop practices to calm yourself and lower your irritability with others.

  • Getting familiar with what triggers you is a game changer to how you respond and show up in life. It allows for you to determine where you can make changes, as well as more powerful ways to deal with it.

  • Stress is a big umbrella term for a lot of things in life, AND all of those things significantly impact your life, emotionally and physically. Finding ways to build capacity for the stress and reduce it are key ways to living a fuller more present life.

Envision a Life Where Your Nervous System Feels Safe

  • You wake up rested, not bracing for the day ahead.

  • Your breath moves freely.

  • Your shoulders aren’t carrying the weight of yesterday.

  • You speak your needs with ease.

  • You connect without overextending.

  • Stress comes—and goes—without hijacking your body.

  • You feel more present, more alive, more you.

  • This is your new normal: steady, safe, and deeply at home in yourself.

Hi there, I’m Anna!

Welcome.

I’m a licensed therapist offering telehealth therapy to residents of Colorado and Vermont, creating a supportive and accessible space for healing. At the very foundation of my practice is the understanding that true, lasting healing, begins with the nervous system.

When we work with the body’s innate wisdom—regulating the stress response and creating a sense of internal safety—we open the door to deeper transformation.

My approach combines somatic-based practices with behavioral-focused therapies, allowing us to address both the physiological and psychological roots of distress.

Whether you’re navigating the impact of trauma, moving through depression or anxiety, or struggling in your relationships, our work together is grounded in helping your nervous system return to a place of steadiness and self-trust.

Therapy isn’t just about managing symptoms—it’s about restoring your connection to yourself, feeling safe in your own skin, and creating a life that feels more aligned, empowered, and alive. I’m here to support you on that journey.
