Consists of weekly 90-minute, closed groups of no more than 8 people for 6-8 weeks.
Integrative Small Group Therapy
In this integrative, closed, small-group therapy experience, you’ll be part of a consistent, supportive group where healing unfolds through both conversation and embodied practice. Each session blends evidence-based mental health approaches with somatic therapy and trauma-informed yoga to support nervous system regulation and emotional resilience. Expect a space where you're encouraged to explore your inner world—not just through words, but through movement, breath, and body-based awareness. Over time, the group becomes a container for deeper connection, insight, and healing—together.
