I’ve been a licensed therapist since 2012 and hold licenses in both Colorado and Vermont, where I live full-time. I began my career in crisis response, which taught me the power of meeting people where they are — and over time, I found my way to private practice, where I love helping clients create lasting change.
I specialize in online therapy for trauma healing, anxiety, depression, and relationships. My approach combines evidence-based strategies with somatic practices that support deeper mind-body awareness and nervous system regulation. I am a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher with a trauma-informed focus, as well as an Advanced Level 1 Somatic Experiencing Practitioner (SEP).
