FAQs
-
$125 per 60-minute session
For adults seeking support for anxiety, depression, trauma, or nervous system regulation. Sessions are held virtually for Colorado and Vermont residents. -
$175 per 60-minute session
Work together to better understand patterns, reduce reactivity, and build a relationship rooted in regulation, communication, and mutual growth. -
$65 per 90-minute session
Offered in 6–8 week series. Groups explore themes like grief, parenting, relational healing, or integrating mental health and yoga. Group size is kept small for intimacy and safety (no more than 8 people). A quick note about group participation: To help create a safe, connected experience for everyone, group therapy is closed to new members once it begins. This means you’ll need to register before the start date, and plan to begin with the rest of the group. If interest is expressed after a group begins, you will be waitlisted until the next series. Thanks for honoring the shared commitment to healing together. -
At this time, I offer therapy exclusively online. While I understand the desire for in-person connection, virtual sessions allow for consistency, accessibility, and the same depth of nervous system-focused work from the comfort of your own space.
I am currently in the process of finding a location that thoughtfully supports the type of work I do—especially nervous system regulation and group offerings. I look forward to sharing more once a suitable space becomes available.

A limited number of sliding scale spaces are available each month—please inquire during your consultation if cost is a barrier.

I am currently contracted with MINES & Associates as the only Employee Assistance Program (EAP) provider. If your employer partners with MINES, you can request an authorization for services with me directly through them. Please note: most authorizations require that you already have an appointment scheduled. I recommend scheduling a free consultation with me first to ensure we’re a good fit before initiating the EAP process.

A superbill is a detailed receipt I can provide you after your session, which you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. While I am not in-network with most insurance providers, many plans offer out-of-network benefits. The superbill includes all the necessary information—such as diagnosis codes, session dates, and fees paid—that your insurance may require to process your claim.
It’s a helpful option if you’d like to seek partial reimbursement while still working with an out-of-network therapist. Be sure to check with your insurance provider about your specific benefits and whether they accept superbills.

Under the No Surprises Act, you're entitled to receive a Good Faith Estimate (GFE) of the expected costs for your mental health care services. This estimate outlines the total expected charges for services you may receive, such as individual or couples therapy.
You’ll receive this in writing before your first appointment, and it's designed to help you understand and plan for the cost of your care. Keep in mind, it’s just an estimate—actual costs may vary depending on your needs and the length of time we work together.
If you ever have questions about the estimate or need an updated version, I’m happy to provide one.

I am a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) through Yoga Alliance, with over 200 hours of training focused entirely on trauma-informed yoga. I trained in the Krishnamacharya lineage, with an emphasis on functional movement through Waking Yoga. My training deeply centered on understanding the effects of trauma and stress on the body—and how to teach in a way that supports nervous system regulation and emotional healing. My approach is rooted in both clinical knowledge and embodied practice, offering a supportive and accessible path for every student.
